If you feel unfulfilled about any aspect of your life, whether that be your personal life, your marital life or your family life, counselling could help you work towards the life you seek.
During a counselling session, your counsellor will work with you to determine the root causes of your issues. Together, you can identify the triggers and develop a workable plan to see fundamental changes in your life.
There is no fixed number of sessions, as each case varies depending on the complexity and history of the issue. However, on average, 6 to 12 sessions are required to see a significant change if you follow the action plan.
Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes and costs £50. However, if you cannot afford the sessions due to a genuine financial constraint, don't hesitate to get in touch with me, and we may be able to provide you with some sessions at a discounted rate.
Face-to-face and Online Counselling cannot provide an emergency service for clients.
