I am a professional counsellor at ELZehra Counselling. I am dedicated to providing high-quality counselling and coaching services to help individuals overcome personal and professional challenges. At ELZehra Counselling, I prioritize the well-being of our clients, and our policies are designed to ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible care and support.
As a counsellor, I work integratively with various approaches, including person-centred and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am trained and experienced in providing these treatments. In addition, I work with each client to develop a personalized plan that meets their unique needs and goals.
My counselling services focus on helping clients to identify and overcome emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and stress. I use evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, to help clients develop coping strategies and improve their mental well-being.
In addition to my counselling services, I offer to coach to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. As a coach, I work with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan for achieving success.
At ELZehra Counselling, I believe in providing all my clients with a safe and confidential environment. Therefore, I respect the privacy and confidentiality of each client and adhere to strict ethical standards in all of my work.
I am committed to providing high-quality care to my clients. I work closely with each individual to ensure they receive the support they need to achieve their goals. If you have any questions about my counselling and coaching policies, please do not hesitate to contact me at ELZehra Counselling.
